Jobiqo Responsible Disclosure Policy

At Jobiqo, we take data security and legal regulations very seriously. We provide solutions that ensure our clients can have a peace of mind. If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in a Jobiqo service, please notify us; we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Disclosure Policy
If you believe you’ve discovered a potential vulnerability, please let us know about the details by emailing us at security@jobiqo.com. We will acknowledge your email within one week. Please keep all information relating to the discovered vulnerability secret from all third parties for a period of at least 90 days, allowing us to identify and implement the measures needed to address the issue you have reported. We aim to resolve critical issues within ten business days of disclosure.
Make a good-faith effort to avoid violating the privacy of users, destroying data, or interrupting or degrading Jobiqo services. Please only interact with accounts you own or for which you have explicit permission from the account holder.
Note that we are currently not running a reward programme for reporting vulnerabilities.
Exclusions
Jobiqo is providing services to help ensure a safe and secure environment for all of its users. As such, any users believed to be engaging in the below activities will be blocked from accessing Jobiqo services.
While researching, we’d like you to refrain from:
- Denial-of-Service (DoS)
- Social engineering or phishing of Jobiqo employees or contractors
- Any attacks against Jobiqo’s physical property or data centers
- This policy applies to any and all services run by Jobiqo.
